Our brief: To develop a personalised Christmas Gift and Starter Pack with the goal of surprising and delighting Avanade’s current team working from home, while also making new staff joining their firm in 2021 feel valued and welcome. In doing so, they aimed to engage and connect with their brand’s core values through tangible gifts, providing their employees with a change from ordinary digital communications.
Our solution: We created and designed a gift package with branded products, sourced by us, including a picnic blanket, cap, pen, boomerang frisbee and drink bottle. Utilising our kitting process, we assisted with decoration down to the last detail, including the branded box tape.
Our highly successful gift pack was delivered to 418 staff members working from home Australia wide, facilitating constructive communication between staff across all titles, and boosting morale among the team during a period where they could not be together. As a result, all staff members returned to work motivated and excited to get back into it for the new year, creating an even more positive and constructive culture for the brand.
